Year 10 students run a real company


Our companies will devise a product, pitch for real share capital, market and sell their product to the public, produce accounts, wind up, pay taxes and shareholders, all within a few months from September to May.

With advice from staff and mentoring from business volunteers, they will experience a "real life" work and business scenario and ultimately be responsible for its success or otherwise. Developing softer skills such as teamwork, communication and resilience will help them along the way and prepare them for life after education in a business or work environment.
