FACILITIES HIRE in Cuckfield

 

At Warden Park Secondary Academy, we have a variety of school facilities for hire during the evenings, weekends, and school holidays.

Situated on the eastern side of the village of Cuckfield, we are easily accessible from the A23, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, and surrounding villages, and we have ample free on-site parking. 

Spaces for hire include:

  • Halls: Two Sports Halls plus our Assembly Hall and Dining Hall
  • 3G all-weather sports pitch (can be divided into 3 pitches) 
  • Performing Arts Studio
  • Tennis and Basketball courts
  • Playing Fields and Grass Pitches

Please note that our 3G Pitch is often fully let at peak times.
Prices for off peak times may be flexible, please get in touch to discuss your needs.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept last minute bookings and therefore we must ask for all bookings are made at least one week in advance.

We have a full-sized 3G pitch which divides into 3 5-a-side pitches. We host a range of events from summer sports camps to Sussex FA league games. 

The pitches are available from 17.00 - 21.00 on weekdays and from 08.00-21.00 on weekend days. They are very popular for early evening sessions on weekdays but please always contact us to check availability. 

The Studio

Opened in September 2023, The Studio is our state-of-the-art black box performing arts studio theatre. The usable floor space, excluding the stage area in its full extension, is 12m long and 11m wide (132 SqM).

We have four halls available for private hire: Assembly Hall, Dining Hall, Large Gym and Medium Gym. The ceiling height of the halls make them ideal venues to hire for kid’s parties with inflatables, as well as a range of sports, religious events, and other activities.
 
The dimensions of our halls for hire are as follows:
Assembly Hall: 18m long x 13m wide
Dining Hall: 17m long x 12m wide
Mezzanine: 10m long x 6m wide
Medium Gym: 24m long x 14m wide
Large Gym: 33m long x 18m wide
